mhmm, u know what happens when you try and lock away the shopping urges you have and go on with life pretending to be one of those aussie who can go years without shopping? you know what happens when you deny yourself every Malaysian's utmost basic, physiological almost right to shop, shop and away?

The shopping monstrer haunts you and you explode!

I went ball dress shopping. I told Shane i will come back with one dress, and NOTHING else.I keep the NOTHING else part unflawed. It's just that...somewhere in the process of shopping I forgt how to count.

I can back with 5 absolutely beautiful, breathtaking dresses. MAN! Bridge Rd rocks!

Shane: I wanna go see (insert difficult to pronounce Chinese name here) province in China. And (insert another difficult to pronounce Chinese name here) province and Tibet and (insert yet another difficult to pronounce Chinese name here) province.

TV: Tibet is not in China

Shane: *sigh*. That's what my brother would have said.

o forgot

I went grape picking in the holidays!

O what a joy it was.

Shane's parents' friends have this awesome vineyard/orchard and they make wine every year. And this year, i was commissioned to help them.

It was so much fun.

It was so worth it, going to Warrnambool for the weekend...having some nice home cooked food, going to this resaturant and having the best pizza i have ever tasted, going for walks, and actually meeting ADULTS and not just hang around drunk/hungover teenagers all the time.

So worth sitting at the back seat of Shane's car for 3.5 hrs, listening to him and Tim(his younger brother) quarrel about EVERYTHING means ANY-BLOODY-THING! His dad, Leigh just looked at me with pitiful eyes, as if to say...u see what i have had to put up with for the past 20 years?I thought it was funny/cute at first. and then i just thought it was quite the er.....annoying.
...And Tim criticizing some of the songs in TV's Selection of Beatles songs. Tim and Leigh know heaps about music, it's aaaawesome. we played alphabetical bands, cricket etc etc. some aussie car games.

BUT. I'm a bit of a celebrity in Warrnambool. Everytime we meet someone and I want to introduce myself, people just go "OH! You must be TV". and give me a 'awwwwww' look or a hug. I'm just like oooooooookaaaaaaaay......how do this people know who I am?! I guess in a place like Warrnambool, it's uncommon to see interracial couples.

But gosh, Warrrnambool is so the very beautiful!

And then i saw Shane's travel photos, and his baby photos and video. It was good fun.

Gosh u know u hv turned boring when u actually use your blog to let people know what has been going on in your life, instead of using it as a publication medium to spread left wing-psychopathic-hippie thoughts.

I need a citizenship anyway

Have you guys had one of those days when you just feel so embrassed to be Malaysian? Don't get me wrong. I love the country, I love the people, the food, the culture. I love it to bits and pieces.

BUT. The politics, so embarassing. I know this is a territory I have safely stayed away from for years now, surpressing my anger and desire to yell out(by which i mean, reply their youtube comment on a video) to someone and let them know how big a flaming hypocrite they are being.

But here I am now, trying so hard to procrastinate from studying for my accounting mid sem, so I decided...if there was any a time to start letting my opinions about Malaysian politics heard, The time is NOW. The reason is PROCRASTINATION.

So, all I'm gonna say is check this link out:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xibPJhHzJSA

I'm gonna be very ambiguous and wishy washy about what I think about the video(but those who know me well, will know my thoughts*bluetooth*bluetooth*), cos well..ever since i was a kid my parents have taught me to have opinions on Malaysian politics, but not let it be heard. Because Malaysians are fragile, sensitive people. That's why to this day, even when I "talk" about our lovely country's politics to Shane or someone, I look around and lower my voice to a tiny whisper ( i actually physically do. Ask Shane). And then I announce I am afraid they might strip me off my citizenship. Which we all know...is quite plausible.

But yea, check the video out. and read the comments under it. Those comments are the most hypocritical, naive things you will ever read, in your entire life.

writer was under the influence of some form of mind altering substance in Amsterdam when this was written. Hence can't be held liable for any these statements made. Writer's citizenship to remain intact.

Although, coming to think about it-

I guess death by chocolate does sound cool. It's right up there beside death by ding-ing of tram and death by tongue stuck to a pole.

Happy Easter Peopleness of Life.

So...my co9llege has this thing called egg-o-grams that happen every Easter. What you do is, you send out cadbury chocolates eggs to people, 5 cents a piece, and 5 for $1. Bargain.

Meanwhile, I am convinced, finally after 18 years that chocolate actually contributes to weight gain. I am still kinda skeptical about it, not 100% confirm. Must do hypothesis testing at 0.01 alpha level.

So yeah, here I am trying to reduce my chocolate intake, and BAM!
I get close to 150eggs sent to me. They are all sitting on my table, staring out at me. Begging me to eat them.

HOW HOW HOW?

Why couldn't it be like Easter Muesli Bars instead?!

OMG I am like the worst chocoholic I know. I am going to DIE!
